Dr. Kathryn Haber is the Senior Director, Executive Coach for Ball Aerospace. Haber leads Ball Aerospace’s drive for performance and functional excellence by working with each executive, providing leadership coaching, mentoring and experience-based individual and team development.

Haber has 20 years of professional experience as a coach, facilitator and instructor in the areas of leadership, team and talent assessment and development, behavioral health and wellness, and organizational transformation. She has worked with individuals, teams and organizations including startups, Fortune 500 companies and non-profit organizations. Her global expertise spans numerous industries including technology, engineering, construction, architecture, insurance, healthcare and education.

Haber joined Ball Aerospace from RHR International, a leader in executive and organizational development, where she served as a Partner in their Denver office. Prior to RHR, Haber worked as a Senior People Business Partner at Return Path, a high-tech/big data company, where she leveraged her people and business acumen to help drive financial performance.
