BANGKOK (Reuters) - Thailand's economy is expected to grow more than 3% this year, with "very high" growth in the first quarter due to government stimulus measures, a deputy finance minister said on Tuesday.
The government is planning to implement the third phase of its signature "digital wallet" handout scheme in April, Julapun Amornvivat told reporters.
