The ADP Group reacted on Monday to statements by the CEO of Air France-KLM published the same day in Le Parisien, in which he claimed that the airline is "treated less well" than its foreign competitors by the operator of Orly and Roissy-Charles-De-Gaulle airports.

"The ADP Group expresses its surprise at the comments made in the newspaper Le Parisien on January 20, 2025 by the CEO of its largest customer Air France-KLM," says ADP in a statement.

In an interview published in Le Parisien on Monday, Benjamin Smith, CEO of Air France-KLM, complained that the group's "contact rate", which corresponds to cases where boarding and disembarkation take place directly from the terminal, was lower than that of its competitors.

The ADP press release states that, "with regard to the contact rate at Paris-CDG (...) that of all Air France operations is higher than that of other airlines at Paris-CDG".

The group adds that Air France and ADP teams have been working closely together for several months on airport modernization projects, "in perfect harmony".
