Trifork's CEO and CFO will receive shares as part of their salary
Part of the payment will be changed from a fixed base salary to receiving Trifork shares instead. The CEO will receive 25 percent of his salary in shares, and the CFO ten percent of his salary in shares. This arrangement will apply for the next 12 months.
According to the company, the change is made partly to strengthen the alignment between the interests of management and shareholders, and partly because senior executives, as insiders, have limited opportunities to acquire the stock.
