Shruti Dube has been appointed as the UK Country Director at Meta and will officially take on her new role from March 2025. This follows Derya Matras recentlymoving into her new roleas Vice President for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Shruti has been a key part of Meta's EMEA team for nearly a decade, holding leadership roles including Group Vertical Director for the UK and Ireland and most recently EMEA Sales Strategy & Operations Director. Prior to Meta, she worked at McKinsey & Company and Sequoia Capital, focusing on strategy, innovation, and venture capital in the tech industry. She holds an MBA with High Distinction from Harvard Business School and a dual degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
